p.s. Grecki 'D' 52+ Adv spadł podczas nocnej misji, ciekawe czy miał włączony system unikania kolizji z ziemią ? Pilot odszedł na wieczną slużbę.

wiadomość z 5 marca 2008:

"Polska wybiera system wsparcia logistycznego dla F-16"

za F-16.net  http://www.f-16.net/news_article2768.html
The Polish Air Force has selected the Rockwell Collins F-16C Modular Simulated Aircraft Maintenance Trainer (MSAMT) for the training of the aircraft’s maintenance personnel. Delivery is expected in April 2008.

The MSAMT Trainer developed by Rockwell Collins provides next generation maintenance training using an interactive virtual image environment. The MSAMT design supports classroom based training for novice and advanced F-16 maintenance personnel.

The Polish MSAMT is a derivative of the 24 US Air Force MSAMT trainers that Rockwell Collins developed and delivered in 2005. The system supports all configurable variations of the F-16 block 40 and block 50 aircraft.

"The MSAMT trainer, with its knowledge-based training, provides our customers with lower life cycle costs and the latest technology for training F-16 maintenance personnel," said Ken Schreder, vice president and general manager of Simulation & Training Solutions for Rockwell Collins.

The selection marks the second MSAMT delivered to a foreign customer. Rockwell Collins delivered an MSAMT trainer to the Egyptian Air Force in September 2007 under a multi year USAF support contract.

W zacytowanym powyzej artykule z F-16.net nie ma mowy o "systemie wsparcia logistycznego". Artykul odnosi sie do wybory systemu treningowego sluzacego do szkolenia obslugi naziemnej.
System wsparcia logistycznego to nic innego jak baza danych/program pozwalajacy na biezaco monitorowac stan eksploatacyjny poszczegolnych systemow oraz komponentow samolotu jak i pomaga zaplanowac odpowiednie przeglady.

"It's a great county, the people are nice and the food is great. As a former Soviet republic they have really adopted capitalism. They have joined the West from a free market standpoint, and they are good allies for our country."

Mowa o 36 nowych maszynach. (Nawiasem mówiąc mowa też o 6 Herkach wersji J) ~ No to mamy 26 użytkownika Vipera

A potencjalni nabywcy to także: Bośnia&Hercegowina, Bułgaria, Chorwacja, Ekwador, Indie, Filipiny, Rumunia, Arabia Saudyjska i Słowenia... także wielce prawdopodobne że totalna liczba operatorów szesnastki sięgnie a może i przekroczy 30tke :D
